Thematic Dinner and Auction to benefit the Friends of Les Jardins de Métis.

Les Jardins de Métis, located in Grand-Métis, Quebec, on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River, halfway between Rimouski and Matane, invites you to a memorable evening inspired by the outdoor meals Elsie Reford organized for the guests she hosted at Métis.  

Auction 

Number 3 of my limited edition "Pavot bleu en fleur" is up for auction at Encan 2024 to benefit Les Amis des Jardins de Métis.

The auction is available now and will close on August 10, 2024 at 11 p.m., during the benefit dinner.

Evening 

Enjoy a 4-course dinner with SAQ wine pairing, prepared by Jardins de Métis chef Frédérick Boucher and served under the stars. 

Under the theme Explorer à table, guest of honor Patrice Fortier of La société des plantes will explore through culinary anecdotes the history of the plants that will garnish each of the dishes served.
