Art of the Plant

I participated in this exhibition with two large drawings (83 cm x 65 cm) executed in graphite on Fabriano paper. The White Pine drawing is now part of a private collection.

A landmark exhibition of work from Canada’s leading contemporary botanical artists, held at the Canadian Museum of Nature in Ottawa from May 10 to October 14, 2018. Art of the Plant is Canada’s contribution to Botanical Art Worldwide, a project initiated by the American Society of Botanical Artists. Twenty-five countries on six continents are producing simultaneous botanical art exhibitions of native plants, with the goal of Linking People to Plants through Contemporary Botanical Art.
